1.For Preparing Paneer
Milk -1 liter
Lemon juice – 1 lemon
Ice cubes
soft cloth to strain water from paneer

Take the milk in a clean vessel and boil it with continousl stirring, when its about to boil add lemon juice until it get curdle. Once it curdles switch off the flame and add few ice cubes into it. then transfer this to cloth to strain the water (hang the cloth for sometime so that there is complete removal of water from paneer

2.Preparing Rasgulla

Homemade paneer
Semolina/rava (any rava) – 1 tsp
Cardamom – 1/4 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp

For the sugar syrup
Water – 2.5cup
Sugar -1 cup
Cardamum powder -1/4tspoon

Knead paneer well , Then add a tsp of rava, cardamom powder,sugar and mix or knead lightly. then make small smooth balls from kneaded paneer. Flatten it like a disc for rasmalai, if it is for rasgulla keep it round only.[If you are preparing Rasgulla, no need of preparing creamy saffron milk]

Heat sugar and water over low flame. When the sugar water comes to boil, drop the rasgulla discs. Close it and let it cook for 15 minutes. After 15-20 minutes, the rasgullas would have doubled its original size . Switch off the flame and let it cool. This is rasgulla. Let the rasgulla remain soaked in sugar syrup always.
